Background

We are a third generation company, founded in 1955, by Mr. Herculano Acosta in the City of Navojoa, Sonora. Together with his wife Mrs. Alicia Pullin.

A craft workshop dedicated to the elaboration of Machaca dried meat, which they commercialized in Mexico City in commercial and restaurant chains. After 25 years, the plant is moved to San Luis Potosí, its current headquarters.

By 1990 the company under the command of Mr. Francisco Alberto Acosta Pullin is restructured and special government programs are entered.

In 2013, the company began a total restructuring, starting with the corporate image, logos, colors and image. A considerable percentage of the profits in research and development were allocated, achieving a portfolio of new, attractive products and according to current market trends.

As of 2017, five quality certifications are achieved and we managed to enter international trade, exporting to Germany, Japan and the United States of America.
